【杭州日記】2012-0515 同學好走

下午抽空看Gmail，顧不得辦公室的人，我大聲叫出來，XHIT。
「小弟在此含淚向各位同學證實，我們親愛的同學龍國兄不幸意外往生，已代表全班向劉夫人致意，屆時會前往參加告別式！」「劉龍國5月4日在沙烏地阿拉伯海邊溺水，現在正準備把遺體運回美國；告別式可能是下個週末。」

震驚，傷心。隨手寫下一段文字，回信給工專同學。

(控研同學回憶，在校第二年，龍國大半時間在台北兼差賺錢。)

最近還看到FB上他的PO文(5/4, 4/22)，還給他按贊。他寫到「感謝主」，心裡納悶，同學什麼時候有了信仰，本想跟他哈拉兩句，終究pass過去。

去年，10/22 百年校慶後隔天，與龍國在臉書上的對話，竟成了我們最後的交流(如後)，跟他約好回台再聚的話，還在耳畔，空留遺憾。

與龍國有特別的因緣，工專畢業後還在交大控工同學兩年，還同寢室(如果沒記錯的話，至少一年是確定的，原諒我記性差。)

龍國也是農村的孩子，勤奮、刻苦，交大畢業後，隨即出國念PHD，馬里蘭吧，他總是有明確的目標，按部就班地努力，一步一步完成他的理想，這一點我差他很遠。

好像他在拿到PHD後就到IBM任職，有一次他回台，還在園區相聚，總是看到他對工作(影像相關研究，還跟我談虛擬實境，那年頭我們根本還沒有概念的東東)，有很大的熱情。

原本還在期待7月的同學會......

願上帝給他最好的安排！
